You’re invited to be an Intern with our Retail & Direct Channels Team.

This is a 12-week paid learning experience with our Frontline who take care of our customers and keep them coming back. Hundreds of thousands of customers visit our stores each day nationwide (that’s some serious foot traffic!). We provide unparalleled service and quick problem solving that brings the Un-carrier spirit alive for each and every one of these customers.

Our team of more than 23K super heroes (capes optional) is responsible for consumer and small business sales across the U.S. in 3,200+ Corporate Retail & T-Mobile Premium stores as well as T-Mobile@Work Direct Sales. Click here to see our Retail Teams in action.

Working as an Intern on our Retail & Direct Channels Team means everything from reporting, data and process analysis, local marketing programs and training design and delivery to marketing campaign support, vendor management, events and developing new marketing concepts and sponsorship opportunities.

You’ll contribute your creativity and great ideas, working alongside innovative colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to make an immediate impact. Here are some of the roles you could have as an Intern with our Retail & Direct Channels Team…

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You’re currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree with an Business, Communications, Marketing, Project Management or Statistics focus.
  • You’re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Things change and move pretty fast on this team and your ability to quickly adapt, change direction and think on your feet without missing a beat is essential.
  • You share our Un-carrier® spirit. This is about breaking rules, paving our own path and making things better for our customers – and each other.

Our Internship Program takes place over the summer running 12 weeks from June to September. Recruiting Timeline
Recruiting for the 2017 internship program takes place from September 2016 through February 2017. We’ll be visiting campuses across the country and attending national recruiting conferences in September and October. Screening, interviews and offers will take place from November through February.

Cons

Might be more autonomy than you're used to. Individual responsibility takes precedence here, over having everything micro-managed for you. I personally think that's a nice thing.
