This position is responsible for providing administrative and client facing, merchandising related support.

Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

•Coordinates merchandising projects and ensures that schedules are met.
•Develops and communicates timelines with agency partners and merchandising teams.
•Coordinates all final approvals through legal resources, streamlines approval process whenever possible.
•Schedules all review meetings for project lifecycle adjusting as necessary and provides project status updates to merchandising teams.

•0-2 years’ experience coordinating creative projects for agency or retail merchandiser
•Knowledge of retail settings and needs of the shopper (consumer) across different retail channels & the web
•Ability to creates timelines and schedules for development and production
•Ability to maintain weekly job update and schedules outlining marketing activities
•Able to interface with project managers to update project status via appropriate tracking systems
