You will help manage new process creation and existing process improvement projects for MetroPCS corp owned Retail Store locations. Programs can include sales incentives, back office process standardization and overall enhancements in partnership with departments such as IT, Training, Sales Operations, and Human Resources. This is an entry level position but Process Improvement and Retail experience are strongly desired. Good luck!!
The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning and executing initiatives to improve experience and sales operations in MetroPCS company owned Retail locations. This includes partnering with the field leadership, as well as cross functional organizations to understand and prioritize business needs. They will be responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation in the field, as well as managing key vendor relationships, and providing ongoing project support. The person will be responsible reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate must be able to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders and develop a plan of action.
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
- Analyze complex problems, understand risks, and design operational changes
- Manage multiple cross functional projects, provide status, manage risks, issues and measure KPIs
- Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions
- Process improvement
- 3+ years work experience in sales, operations or finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong PC/technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Program Management Experience in a Sale/Operations environment strongly desired
- Basic SQL querying skills are desired a plus
- Wireless Telecom experience a plus
- Statistics skills are a plus
- Bachelors Degree. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
