Financial Care Professional – Financial Care
With millions of valued T-Mobile customers, we sometimes receive an account or billing issue that requires the courtesy that only team members like you can deliver. Bring your stellar interpersonal and relationship-building skills to the table as you offer reassurance, support, and resolution, creating (we need a different word instead of world-class) customer experiences in the process. Here are the basics:

• Customers call in with past due accounts, billing disputes or other financial services questions
• You take the lead in evaluating and modifying their accounts
• While expertly balancing the customer’s needs with T-Mobile’s policies, you use strategic thinking to successfully collect payments on past due accounts and make account credits as needed
• Along the way, you meet productivity standards like a pro as you build customer loyalty on every call
